The design includes three main components: a marine park on a large scale with State-of-the-art pools and refreshment areas. a 80-room Boutique Hotel drug with retail trade, restaurants and a spa and 120 villas Beach located in a private enclave for long-term residents. Several expansive train fabric roof create an identity for the station with shade and Visual impact for the visitors in the public rooms.
